Late Night Before Vacation

I will be leaving the house at 2:30am to head for the airport. I am going to New Hampshire to spend Mother's Day with my Mom. And maybe a few other little surprises.

As usual I have not slept much. I am tired. So I am going to brew the pot of coffee I have ready, take a shower, get dressed and load the car. Then maybe play on the computer for a while, watch tv and wait.

I bought a portable DVD player to take with me this time. It plays DVDs and music CDs. I loaded a bunch into a little carrying case I bought for the occasion. It has a 5 hour battery which was a big factor. And it was on sale. That never hurts. hehe

So glad work is over for now! It was a slow, heavy week. Especially today.

Really anxious to get there. And for Mother's Day. Just hoping I can get some sleep somewhere along the way!
