I had a wonderful Friday night/Saturday with my first adopted family. I spent the night with Susan and we went to 2 baseball games yesterday for 2 of the granddaughters, Isabelle and Kelly. We also went to an antique show/fundraiser/lunch. Friday night I went to a Tri Tip dinner that Susan and Dan were helping with and boy was that yummy! I got a sunburn on my arms, the top of my head and I was so happy I wanted to cry. Back again in small town life with family. I ran into people I knew and am friendly with from there and it was just so heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time.

I do not belong in the city. I do not belong alone.
