The Weekend - Continued

Well I never got to finish my list yesterday of what I want to do for the weekend. Basically what it's down to is that I want to finish a couple crafting projects and stay cool.

I had a long conversation with my daughter last night which was comforting and uncomfortable but not because of her, just something that's happening. I am trying to get motivated to do something today since I need to go to the store for a couple of things that I couldn't get yesterday.

Plans include crafty related things, sitting under the ceiling fan and maybe watching a movie or two.

Ah, the life of a lazy penguin. :)

The Friday List

Every Friday I make a mental list of what I want to do this weekend. Since this is a 3 day weekend for me, the list is a little bit different, although not a lot.

This weekend I want:

1. A hotdog and soda for Friday lunch at Costco before I do my shopping.
2. My package of yarn from KnitPicks to arrive.
3. A long conversation with my mother.
4. The last of my tri tip steak and a glass of chocolate milk for dinner while
watching "Monk".
5. To get at least three sets of the pattern rows done on the afghan I'm
making.
6. To finish the doily I started last weekend.
