Yeah, I Know
Long time no post. This will be fast. I have to go to work. I have been working on projects for the Socks for Soldiers program (see my Crafty Rantings), been yardsailing with Dad (David's dad) and every Saturday night we all have dinner together. So I've been busy. And I'm tired. And not really feeling all that well. But I just keep moving ahead.
Sean has a job!! Read about it at Ally's blog. This will definitely help things move in the direction she'd like, including she tells me last night, if financially things get better they would like to have another child. No pressure here but one of those items on my "bucket list" is to hold a granddaughter. HINT HINT!
I'll try to post more later. I have been too tired at night to knit or even check email so posting is hard, especially being gone Saturday mornings. This Saturday I am having a more "typical" Saturday morning. I will go to Costco, do email, laundry and hopefully will have something worth saying in a post.
For my friend Kaylee let me just say that yes, living alone is NOWHERE NEAR what we thought it would be. There is always too much to do and too little time. I'm not sure I could fit a relationship in if it every popped up (hey, even in science fiction books weirder things have happened).
I am looking forward to having more time to myself this Saturday. I love going off with Dad and yardsailing even though we don't purchase much (yeah, yeah, the desk was the exception!) but it's hard to get household stuff done (and errands) when you aren't home. So maybe once a month I can go off and yardsail and see if there are any bargains out there but mostly I will need to get stuff done.
Vacation would be nice. Oh well, lots of hot weather inbetween now and October. Guess I better not push it too much.

Well Sean and I have agreed that we want our next one soon, so a general benchmark we've decided upon is when he gets a full time job and we move into a house (maybe not buy, but at least move into). Plus I did have a few dreams while pregnant of having an older boy who looked like Matt and an infant daughter. So, hopefully! That's the worst part about wanting kids--it doesn't really matter when you have the first one, but if you want more you have to carefully consider the spacing. Argh!
